It is my Goal to make Yoga accessible to EVERYONE, regardless of age, or physical condition. For those of you who can not attend a Private class I now offer my new Gentle Yoga DVD. Now you can do Yoga with Ron at Home!
Ron Splude prefers to take a more traditional holistic approach to the physical, mental and spiritual well being of the individual. To complement the natural healing poses of Hatha Yoga, but also a variety of personal therapies including Private Yoga Classes, Rehabilitative Yoga Therapy, Polarity & Reiki Energy Balancing, Meditation, as well as Ayurvedic Lifestyle counseling.
My Gentle Hatha Yoga instruction is ideal for those interested in Beginner Yoga poses that can help provide relief from back, neck and shoulder pain while bringing clarity to your life. I have training and experience in working with individuals who have joint replacement.
